At BestValueAutoParts.com, we sell top-quality products and work hard to ensure that you are satisfied with all your purchases. We also understand that some orders will need to be returned or canceled. Please follow the procedure below to ensure that your returns are handled in a timely manner.
For new product and core returns, please get a Return Authorization Number (RA number) first. To request a RA number for your order, you can click the "Create Return Request" link from your corresponding orders in your order history list (You can access your order history list after logining into your account).
Once your return request is approved within 2-3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email that your return request has been "APPROVED" with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly, we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.
Write RA number on the outside of the shipping box, do NOT write or put packing tape or shipping labels directly on the original manufacture box!
You may return core or part(s) purchased from BestValueAutoParts.com within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted if the 30 days have passed. All parts to be returned must be in their original packaging and in good resalable condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
For core returns, please also note the following:
- Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of
the order sent to you
- All fluids must be drained from the core
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
- Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is
Parts Not Returnable:
Custom or special orders, automotive repair manual, electrical parts and components (such as: ECU's, push button units, relays, sensors, air mass meters, etc).
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. The refund credit for product returns will be the purchase price of the item less 20% (original shipping charges will not be refunded). The refund credit for core returns will be the the core price (shipping charges are paid by the customer and will not be refunded).
If an unwanted part is returned and the original dollar amount of the order falls below the "Free Shipping" requirements, BestValueAutoParts.Com researves the right to charge back for the original shipping cost.
If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our service department at Service@BestValueAutoParts.com and we will respond to you immediately.
If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to the sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper for a damager report and have the package returned to sender. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
BestValueAutoParts.com only sells brand name products in the industry. If you have received a defective product before it is used or installed, you may return it by following our return procedures. If the product is already used, you have to contact manufacturer directly for any warranty that manufacturer offers. You can review the manufacturer information included with your new products or visit manufacturer's website for details.
